Who we are
This website, ajeeshka.com, is the personal website of Ajeesh Kanjiraparambil Abdulkhadar (Ajeesh KA) ("we", "us"). For any privacy question, email ajeesh@armediamarketinguk.com.
What this website collects
Very little. The website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or social media pixels, and it does not set cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so your visit is not shared with third-party font or image services.
Like almost every website, our web server keeps short technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to keep the site secure and working. These logs are kept for a limited time and are not used to identify you.
When you contact us
When you use the contact form, the details you enter (name, email, optional phone and business, topic and message) are sent to us by email so we can reply. They are not stored in a database on this website. The email is delivered through our email service provider, Resend. When you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share.
We use those details only to reply to you and, if we work together, to deliver and invoice the work. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps to enter into a contract at your request.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with it, and client records for as long as required for legal and accounting purposes.
Sharing
We don't sell your information. We only share it with service providers we need to run the business (for example email and accounting providers), or when the law requires it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email us and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Links to other sites
This website links to Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, ShareWithAjeesh and WhatsApp. Those services have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
